About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a dynamic school in East London, offering an enriching opportunity to make a profound impact on young lives. This challenging role involves delivering a tailored curriculum to secondary pupils with complex learning needs within intimate group settings. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and stimulating environment where every student can thrive and achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver highly differentiated lessons specifically tailored for pupils with complex learning needs.
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to support student progress and attainment.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Employ a range of effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate secondary-aged students.
* Regularly assess, record, and report on pupil development and academic achievements.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a demonstrable passion for inclusive education.
* Bring prior experience working effectively with secondary pupils who have complex special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills within small group environments.
* Possess a proactive and resilient approach to overcoming daily educational challenges.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
