Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons, thoughtfully adapted to meet individual learning needs.
* Implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance learning experiences.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting strategies as needed.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for everyone.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for education.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs in a primary context.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and flexibility, thriving in various school environments.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
