Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics during teacher absences.
* Ensure all pupils remain on task with provided work.
* Implement the school's behaviour policy consistently.
* Uphold a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Report any issues or concerns to relevant teaching staff.
* Supervise pupils during lesson transitions and non-teaching periods.
