About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a range of dynamic primary schools across the Redbridge area of East London. This is an exceptional opportunity for newly qualified educators to launch or develop their careers, with various contract options available including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions starting as soon as possible. You will gain invaluable experience across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), contributing to vibrant learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that foster a love for learning.
* Plan and prepare creative curriculum activities tailored to pupil needs.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
* Collaborate professionally with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and development.

About You
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for primary education.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development is essential.
* You possess strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Your classroom management skills are developing, alongside an ability to create an orderly learning space.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in diverse school settings and different roles.
