About the Role
An inclusive school community is actively seeking adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide essential cover across its vibrant secondary settings in the Buckinghamshire area. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across various subjects to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils throughout the school day.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to a consistent educational experience.
* Collaborate constructively with school staff, including department heads and pastoral teams.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress or behaviour when required by school leadership.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess substantial experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for secondary education and supporting young people's development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied school settings and situations.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both pupils and staff.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for every child.
