This versatile position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent role for the right candidate, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Oversee student engagement with pre-set work, ensuring tasks are understood and completed.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel supported.
* Uphold school policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
* Provide clear and concise feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any incidents.
* Build positive rapport with students, encouraging their participation and respect.
About You
* You possess proven experience in a classroom support or supervisory role, preferably within a secondary setting.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and a confident presence.
* Your communication abilities are exceptional, allowing for clear interaction with both students and staff.
