About the Role
A respected school in the vibrant South East is seeking an inspirational Physics Teacher to join its dynamic Science department on a long-term, permanent basis. You will be instrumental in fostering a deep understanding and passion for Physics among secondary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons across the secondary curriculum to diverse abilities.
* Plan, prepare, and assess student work meticulously, providing constructive feedback for progress.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Science curriculum, with a specialism in Physics.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour, adhering to school policies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and promote a cohesive departmental approach.
* Participate actively in the school’s extracurricular programme, inspiring broader student engagement in Science.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Possess a genuine passion for Physics education, capable of inspiring students from all backgrounds and abilities.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Be proficient in adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students across ECT, MPS, and UPS experience levels.
* Show a strong dedication to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
* Exhibit outstanding subject knowledge in Physics, enabling high-quality instruction and academic challenge.
