Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
• Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other support staff.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments.
• Help manage classroom behaviour positively and support engagement in learning activities.
About You
• Possess previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, ideally within a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to challenges.
• Hold strong communication skills, adept at liaising with children, staff, and parents.
