About the Role

This immediate opportunity offers flexible contract options, ranging from daily supply to short-term, long-term, and even permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110. Your vital contributions will directly impact student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils, both individually and in small groups.
* Assist teachers in preparing engaging lesson materials and classroom resources.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, encouraging respectful interactions.
* Support the setup and maintenance of an inspiring learning environment.

About You
* Possess previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
* Hold a strong understanding of various Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be a proactive and adaptable team player, ready to embrace new challenges.
