Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive support to pupils, individually or in small groups, during learning activities.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and maintaining an organised classroom.
• Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil participation.
• Observe and record pupil progress, contributing valuable feedback to inform planning and assessment.
• Support the social and emotional development of children, promoting positive behaviour and independence.
• Facilitate communication between pupils, teachers, and parents to ensure a cohesive support network.

About You
• Possess relevant experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupil development and academic achievement.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and colleagues.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Show a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for all.
• Understand and uphold safeguarding principles to ensure the welfare of every child.
