Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating Physics lessons to secondary students at various key stages.
* Inspire a love for scientific discovery and critical thinking through engaging practical experiments and theoretical concepts.
* Accurately assess student attainment and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Cultivate a dynamic and supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and challenged.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community initiatives.
* Tailor teaching strategies and resources to accommodate varying student abilities and learning styles.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with a strong academic background in Physics.
* Demonstrate the capability to teach general Science effectively up to Key Stage 4.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive and challenging learning environment for all pupils.
* Dedicated to continuous professional development, whether an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
* Passionate about making a significant difference to student outcomes and school life.
