About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded primary school in the South East as a Teaching Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting pupils across a dynamic primary environment, offering both general classroom assistance and targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for immediate starts, with flexible contract options available including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. You will play a vital part in fostering a positive learning experience for all pupils and contributing to their academic and personal growth within a nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable support to pupils across the primary curriculum.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities.
* Offer tailored intervention and support for pupils with varying Special Educational Needs.
* Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning discussions.

About You
* Demonstrable experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners and their development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
