Earn between £95 and £110 per day, dependent on experience and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other tailored learning strategies.
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development within the classroom and beyond.
* Adapt learning materials and resources to ensure accessibility and engagement for all students.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to monitor and report on pupil progress.
* Promote positive behaviour and foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with primary-aged pupils in a supportive role.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and staff.
* Show a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to daily challenges and individual pupil needs.
* Be proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to varying classroom dynamics.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, although experience is highly valued.
