This pivotal role involves nurturing the foundational learning experiences of young children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. We are open to applications from educators seeking long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement, with an immediate start preferred. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum that inspires curiosity and promotes development.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of all pupils.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Develop positive relationships with parents and carers, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
* Uphold the school's unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance the overall primary educational experience for every child.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and the holistic development of young learners.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents with ease.
* Exhibit strong organisational abilities alongside effective and positive classroom management strategies.
* Be committed to continuous professional development, embracing reflective practice and new methodologies.
