Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver captivating lessons in both French and Spanish, challenging pupils to achieve their full linguistic potential.
* Develop and implement an enriching curriculum that stimulates curiosity and promotes a love for modern foreign languages.
* Routinely assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and celebrate achievements.
* Cultivate a vibrant and supportive classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels empowered to participate and grow.
* Actively contribute to departmental strategy, sharing best practice and collaborating on exciting initiatives.
* Engage with parents and guardians, fostering strong home-school partnerships to support pupil learning journeys.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable expertise in teaching French and Spanish across the secondary phase.
* You are an exceptional communicator, capable of conveying complex grammatical concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
* A proven track record of motivating pupils to overcome linguistic challenges and achieve strong outcomes is essential.
* You are dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where diverse needs are met with tailored support.
* You embrace continuous professional development, constantly seeking new pedagogies to enhance pupil engagement.
