About the Role
Are you a passionate educator seeking to make a significant impact on pupil progress? A dynamic school in North London is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves delivering targeted academic support across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, fostering confidence and attainment in pupils who require additional guidance. We are open to discussing various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement tailored intervention strategies for individuals and small groups.
* Provide focused support to pupils across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Monitor and accurately assess pupil progress, adapting approaches as necessary to maximise impact.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and leadership to ensure a cohesive learning journey.
* Cultivate a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires pupil engagement.
* Maintain comprehensive records of interventions and pupil achievements to inform future planning.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a solid understanding of primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience delivering effective interventions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Possess a deep knowledge of various pedagogical approaches to support diverse learning needs.
* An excellent communicator, adept at building rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Committed to nurturing every child's potential, fostering a love for learning and personal growth.
* Flexible and adaptable, ready to embrace the dynamic nature of an intervention role.
