Key Responsibilities
* Provide valuable classroom support, assisting teachers with lesson delivery and pupil engagement across various subjects.
* Offer tailored assistance to individual pupils or small groups, helping them to grasp concepts and overcome learning challenges.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere, promoting good behaviour and respect.
* Prepare learning resources and organise classroom displays to enhance the educational experience for all children.
* Support pupils during break times and lunch periods, ensuring their safety and encouraging positive social interactions.
* Liaise effectively with the class teacher regarding pupil progress, observations, and any emerging needs.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and are dedicated to their holistic development.
* You have previous experience supporting learning in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to collaborate and contribute positively to a supportive school environment.
* You are adaptable and resilient, capable of responding effectively to the varied needs of a busy primary classroom.
