Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver stimulating Science lessons across various key stages, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
• Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a Science subject.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and an ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an effective learning atmosphere.
• Be a highly motivated and organised professional, keen to contribute positively to a thriving department.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, parents, and staff.
