Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive 1:1 support, tailored to the individual needs of a secondary pupil.
* Diligently implement and monitor targets outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with and access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
* Actively foster the pupil's independence and self-advocacy skills within the school setting.
* Assist in the development and application of essential life skills for future success.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
