Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning experience.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities across the primary curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
• Support pupils with diverse learning needs, adapting approaches to ensure accessibility and progress.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil development, reporting observations effectively.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and routines throughout the school day, promoting independence.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Possess prior experience working within a primary school environment.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's educational and personal growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to classroom support.
