About the Role

A respected school, alongside other establishments in the local area, is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join their teams. This dynamic role offers the chance to provide essential classroom cover across diverse subjects, supporting pupil learning and maintaining a positive educational environment. We are looking for professionals available for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term contracts, with potential for permanent roles, starting immediately. Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your invaluable contribution to student progress.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently, fostering a productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils remain on task and focused during lesson time.
* Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for every student.
* Maintain accurate attendance records for assigned classes.
* Collaborate positively with school staff and adhere to school policies.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience in varied school settings.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
* Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Be committed to maintaining high professional standards at all times.
