About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a dynamic school in the South East, within Berkshire. This exciting opportunity involves nurturing young minds in the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering a love for learning from the very beginning. We are open to discussions regarding a long-term, short-term, or even daily supply arrangement, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate, ready to commence as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum.
* Create a vibrant, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, using observations to inform future planning and provision.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a strong school community.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
* Contribute actively to whole-school initiatives and the broader life of the school.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a Reception class.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
* Be adept at creating a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
