This is an exciting opportunity to join a inclusive school in the East Midlands, offering dedicated 1:1 SEN support for a secondary pupil with complex needs. You will be instrumental in following EHCP targets, ensuring access to the curriculum, and actively promoting the pupil's independence and crucial life skills. This vital role is available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, or permanent placements, offering a competitive daily rate between £85 and £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent and dedicated 1:1 support to a secondary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Diligently implement and review targets outlined within the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil’s full access to the secondary curriculum, adapting resources as necessary.
* Actively promote the development of the pupil’s independence across various learning contexts.
