Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, facilitating their academic and social progress.

• Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and contributing to assessment discussions.

• Support children in developing independent learning skills and confidence within the primary curriculum.

About You
• Possess a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational support.
• Bring previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within a mainstream school setting.
• Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for fostering pupil engagement and promoting a love for learning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
• Show a proactive and adaptable approach, responding effectively to the dynamic needs of a busy primary classroom.
