Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with special educational needs.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet diverse requirements.
* Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and pupil-specific strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* Help monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting pupils with SEN.
* You are committed to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment for every child.
