Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Support pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties within a secondary setting.
* Create a stimulating and accessible learning environment for small groups.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Assess, record, and report on pupil achievement and development.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other professionals.
