About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support a network of inclusive schools in the vibrant Cheshunt area of Hertfordshire. This varied role offers opportunities for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, providing vital cover across different primary phases as required. You will play a crucial part in maintaining educational continuity and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring pupils experience consistent learning environments. This position commands a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and engage pupils across various primary year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments, policies, and procedures.
* Provide continuity and support for pupils' learning journeys during teacher absences.
* Leave clear and concise handover notes for the returning class teacher.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare at all times.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within primary education.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* Your adaptability allows you to seamlessly integrate into different school cultures.
* You are passionate about inspiring young minds and making a positive impact on pupil development.
* You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
* You are reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding professional standards.
