About the Role
This well-established primary school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant educational community. This pivotal role involves providing essential support across various primary year groups, assisting pupils with their learning journeys and fostering a positive classroom environment. We are looking for an individual who can commit to various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate of £95 to £110, reflecting their valuable contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored in-class support to primary pupils across different key stages.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities under teacher guidance.
* Support individual pupils or small groups to overcome learning barriers and achieve their potential.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development within the classroom setting.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised, stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other staff to enhance pupil progress and well-being.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and capable of responding effectively to diverse classroom needs.
* Show a clear commitment to upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil welfare.
* Hold a desire to contribute positively to a supportive school community.
