About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join our vibrant educational community, with opportunities available in a dynamic school situated in a well-connected area of Hertfordshire. This is an exceptional chance to begin or continue your teaching journey within the primary phase, covering Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, offering flexibility across various contract types from long-term supply to permanent positions. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum to diverse learners.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Regularly assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching colleagues and support staff to enhance educational outcomes.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and uphold the school’s values and policies consistently.
* Engage proactively with parents and carers, discussing pupil achievements and wellbeing.

About You
* You are a fully qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT) holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and fostering holistic pupil development.
* You are dedicated to creating exciting and accessible learning experiences for all children.
* You demonstrate adaptability and a keen willingness to embrace new pedagogical approaches.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are eager to contribute positively to the wider school community and its shared vision.
