This varied role offers an opportunity to significantly impact the emotional regulation and learning reintegration of young people, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions. You will be supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, playing a crucial part in their educational journey and personal development, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted behaviour support for secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Assist in developing strategies to promote emotional regulation and resilience.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into learning activities.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to create bespoke learning plans.
* Cultivate a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting support as required.
