Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Maths lessons to secondary students across different abilities.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of an engaging and challenging Maths curriculum.
* Maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings, training sessions, and wider school initiatives.
* Foster a love for mathematics among all pupils, preparing them effectively for future academic and life challenges.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or be working towards it as an Early Career Teacher.
* Hold a relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Mathematics and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
