About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to embark on exciting new chapters within highly regarded schools across the vibrant Bishops Stortford and wider Hertfordshire area. This is a superb opportunity to explore diverse primary settings, supporting children from EYFS through to KS2, with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts available immediately. We partner with numerous schools actively seeking talented and dedicated ECTs to join their teams and grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to all key stages.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with experienced colleagues and mentors to enhance teaching practices and professional growth.
* Contribute actively to the wider school community and extracurricular opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement.

About You
* You are a passionate Early Career Teacher, holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a genuine enthusiasm for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are adaptable and resilient, eager to embrace new challenges and learning experiences.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You hold a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
