Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils requiring additional assistance.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting pupil engagement.
* Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure integrated support.
* Help prepare and adapt learning materials to meet specific pupil needs.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary setting.
