Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons to a diverse range of secondary students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Contribute proactively to the ongoing development and review of the maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and student success.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the wider school community.
* Implement effective strategies to support individual student needs and ensure all learners can thrive.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach maths in the UK.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and a commitment to making the subject accessible and exciting.
* You are skilled at creating dynamic learning experiences that cater to different learning styles.
* You are dedicated to promoting high academic standards and nurturing student well-being.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to share best practice and contribute to departmental growth.
* Applications are warmly invited from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced professionals at MPS and UPS levels.
