About the Role
At a respected school in the Ascot area of Berkshire, we are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary phase. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a specialist SEN environment. You will work closely with children in both one-to-one and small group settings, assisting those with a range of complex learning needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. We offer flexible contract options, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent opportunities, with competitive daily rates between £90 and £115, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support to primary pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans.
* Facilitate learning in one-to-one and small group interventions.
* Assist children experiencing complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and wider support staff.
* Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Experience working with primary-aged pupils with EHCPs is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with complex learning needs such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
