About the Role
A highly regarded school in a vibrant community is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join its thriving primary phase. This pivotal role involves providing essential support across various age groups, encompassing both general classroom assistance and targeted interventions for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are offering flexible contract options, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and permanent positions, with competitive daily rates ranging from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to primary pupils.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with SEN, to aid their learning and development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised, stimulating educational space.
* Support pupils' social and emotional well-being, encouraging positive behaviour and interaction.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's education and development in a primary setting.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with children, ideally within a school environment.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with pupils and staff.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach, ready to support diverse learning needs and classroom dynamics.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare, or be willing to undertake professional development.
* Be a patient, empathetic, and resilient individual committed to making a difference in children's lives.
