About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor to join an innovative school community in the Ampthill, Bedfordshire area, offering diverse placements. You will have the flexibility to choose from daily supply, short-term, or long-term contracts, with potential for permanent roles, starting as soon as possible. We offer a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your experience and commitment to excellent cover across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective pre-prepared lessons across various secondary subjects.
* Actively manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.
* Uphold the highest standards of pupil behaviour and engagement throughout lessons.
* Confidently implement school policies and procedures during your assignments.
* Provide clear instructions and support to pupils, facilitating their learning journey.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff to ensure seamless continuity of education.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as an effective Cover Supervisor.
* A genuine passion for secondary education and fostering pupil development is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management techniques within diverse classroom settings.
* Adaptability and resilience are key, allowing you to thrive in various school environments.
* You are consistently professional, punctual, and reliable in all your commitments.
* An ability to build positive rapport quickly with both pupils and staff is highly valued.
