We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a range of contract types, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent placements, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise students effectively during lessons, ensuring their productive engagement with learning activities.
* Clearly communicate instructions for work set by absent teachers, addressing student queries as needed.
* Maintain a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Implement the school's behaviour policies consistently and fairly, managing any classroom incidents appropriately.
* Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any observed issues.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supervising groups of young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* You exhibit strong organisational and classroom management skills, capable of maintaining student focus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for building rapport with students and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and can respond effectively to varying classroom dynamics.
