Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to primary pupils, addressing their individual learning goals and challenges.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to enhance learning and social interaction.
* Implement strategies outlined in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to meet specific pupil needs.
* Assist children with a range of complex learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language impairments.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly within a primary school setting.
* Have a strong understanding of various complex learning difficulties, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* Skilled in delivering both one-to-one and small group interventions that promote pupil progress.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when working with diverse learning profiles.
