About the Role
At a exceptional school in Barking & Dagenham, we are seeking a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to support pupil learning across various settings. This dynamic opportunity involves delivering engaging lessons and managing classrooms on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with potential pathways to permanent roles. You will play a vital part in maintaining educational continuity and fostering a positive learning environment for secondary pupils, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160. Commencing as soon as possible, this role offers a diverse and impactful experience within the local education landscape.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of secondary subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Adapt quickly to different school procedures and environments.
• Provide consistent support for pupils' academic and personal development.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils under your care.
• Mark completed work where required, following school guidelines.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Possess recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Exhibit strong adaptability and a proactive approach to new challenges.
• Have a genuine passion for education and fostering pupil achievement.
• Committed to upholding safeguarding policies and promoting pupil welfare.
