Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support for pupils' learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Assist with the careful preparation and organisation of engaging learning resources.
* Offer effective one-to-one or small group support, including for pupils requiring Special Educational Needs (SEN) assistance.
* Help to positively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a constructive and respectful atmosphere.
* Contribute proactively to maintaining a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
* Monitor and accurately record pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching staff.
About You
* You possess a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and their development.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively with pupils and colleagues.
* You are proactive, highly adaptable, and a dedicated team player.
* You have previous experience supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN.
* You show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
