About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded school's vibrant learning community, supporting primary-aged children with diverse special educational needs. Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans, adapting resources and strategies as required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel safe and encouraged to participate.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to inform future learning goals.
• Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social skills throughout the school day.

• You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with ease.
