About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a flourishing primary school within the vibrant Slough area of Berkshire. This enriching opportunity is available on a flexible basis, with options for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal growth of young learners, contributing to a supportive and dynamic educational environment. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced colleagues (MPS/UPS), offering a competitive salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire a love for learning in Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously and provide constructive feedback to support their continuous development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote positive social-emotional growth among all pupils.
* Contribute to the broader life of the school, engaging in extracurricular activities or school events.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a Key Stage 1 setting.
* You are passionate about early years education and committed to fostering foundational skills.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
* You are a highly organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* You are eager to develop professionally and embrace new teaching methodologies.
* You champion an inclusive educational approach, ensuring all children achieve their full potential.
