Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating and effective Chemistry lessons across key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment for all pupils.
* Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the Science curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school professional development initiatives.
* Uphold the school's values and promote positive behaviour among pupils.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Chemistry at secondary level.
* You are adept at inspiring and engaging a diverse range of learners to achieve their full potential.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational capabilities.
* You are committed to your own professional growth and continuous learning within education.
