About the Role
Join a progressive school in Cambridgeshire seeking a dedicated individual to support primary pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This specialist setting offers a deeply rewarding opportunity to empower young learners, with flexible contract options available including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent roles starting immediately. You will be offered a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils navigating Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
* Implement proactive de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
* Offer effective mentoring, guiding pupils in developing essential coping strategies and self-regulation skills.
* Build strong, trusting rapport with pupils, fostering an environment of respect and understanding.
* Assist in facilitating engaging educational activities, adapting approaches to meet diverse individual learning styles.
* Contribute to a collaborative team, ensuring comprehensive support plans are effectively delivered for each child.
