Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers.
• Actively participate in wider school activities and events.
• Contribute positively to the school's ethos and values.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Committed to promoting high standards of achievement and well-being.
• A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and dedicated to continuous professional development.
