You will contribute to an enriching educational experience, earning £95 - £120 per day.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-to-one and group support to primary pupils experiencing profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Facilitate personal care routines with dignity and respect, fostering independence where possible.
* Develop and deliver engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual pupil needs and interests.
* Assist in the successful implementation of bespoke therapy programmes designed by specialists.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Document pupil progress and observations accurately to inform ongoing planning and support strategies.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with complex learning needs and celebrating every achievement.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties, ideally within a primary setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic educational environment.
* Hold a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to pupil welfare.
