Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Provide tailored assistance to individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional learning needs.
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning materials and classroom displays.
* Foster a positive and safe learning environment, promoting good behaviour and pupil well-being.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Support pupils during out-of-classroom activities, such as playtime and school trips.
About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess proven experience working within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable and resilient, able to respond effectively to varying classroom needs.
