* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive learning environment.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* ECTs, experienced teachers (MPS), and highly experienced teachers (UPS) are all encouraged to apply.
