About the Role
Join a innovative school in the vibrant West Midlands, seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to provide essential classroom cover. This dynamic role involves supporting pupil learning across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will be instrumental in maintaining high educational standards during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. Opportunities are available for daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible. This position offers a varied and engaging experience, contributing significantly to a thriving primary environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across all primary key stages.
* Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment for diverse learners.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils effectively.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate strong experience teaching across primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and adaptability in varied settings.
* Be a proactive and enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for primary education.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and pupil achievement.
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships.
